Interesting Facts
"Bumpy" DH IPA is a pale ale made exclusively from natural ingredients such as purified water, barley malt, wheat, brewer's yeast and hops. The pale ale has a great balance of hop flavor and an expressive but not overpowering 60 IBU bitterness, derived from Mosaic and Galaxy hops. Thanks to this bouquet of hops, the drink acquired the characteristic coniferous-citrus nuances and shades of tropical fruits. The absence of filtration and pasteurization preserves the freshness and liveliness of the character of the drink. The beer goes well with spicy dishes, hearty snacks and barbecues.
Producer's description
Red Button is a Moscow brewery founded in 2015 by Pavel Perevezenkov and Daniil Smyshlyaev. Young people are famous for their extraordinary solutions in the choice of ingredients for beer and experiments with new types of beer. For example, Gose with red caviar or Stout with halva are not their most daring decisions. Over the entire period of its existence, the company has produced about a hundred varieties of beer that have impressed connoisseurs of craft. The brewery is equipped with the equipment of the Miass company "Nomas". In addition to beer production, the company also allows various contract breweries to use their equipment. High quality and unusual recipes are key factors for the success of the brewery, but a striking, easily recognizable design also plays an important role. When it comes to design, Pavel and Daniel also take a creative, non-standard and not devoid of humor approach. So, in 2018, they released Grandma's IPA with a picture of a carpet on the label.
