Flying Dutchman - Ronald de Waal, who is also the Flying Dutchman, a brewer, a nomad. With his more than 20 years of experience, he is considered one of the most outstanding personalities in the history of crafting brewing. He brewed beer in Finland, the Netherlands and Belgium, offering its cooperation only the best manufacturers of beer.
Ronald de Waal prefers to travel from one brewery to another, on the road coming up with new and unusual beer recipes. He loves the open road and the freedom of choice. Brewer preaches freedom around and feels absolutely happy person.
At the beginning of his career, the future Flying Dutchman studied at the University of Food Technologies in the Netherlands. The practice, he was held in kraft brewery De Raaf. She so impressed the owner of the talent of a young student, he invited him to stay on as a brewer. Ronald has created some interesting varieties of beer in the next year and a half, and finally decided to link their fate with this industry.
The end of his career almost did not put a pretty blonde. For her sake, de Waal quit his job and moved to Finland. Unfortunately, in the early 90-ies of the last century in this country, it was almost impossible to find a job brewer and Ronald remained unemployed.
