Aging Premier Cuvee is a little different from other kinds of champagne. The bottles are stored for at least 3 years in the cellars before acquiring harmony of aroma and taste.

Producer's description
Champagne house "Bruno Paillard" was created in 1981. In 1984, Bruno Paillard invents the first cellar completely "at ground level". This new concept allows for extremely strict control of temperature, light and humidity. In 1994 Paillard bought his first vineyard. Now the company's vineyards cover an area of over 32 hectares of land.
Today the Champagne house "Bruno Paillard" produces 500 000 bottles of champagne a year, 75% of which are exported to more than 40 countries. Champagne "Bruno Paillard" can be purchased only in specialized points of sale.
